CalmStep.AI

Safety & efficacy

Clear limits. Measurable care for honesty.

Efficacy — how we talk about quality

Soft-live quality work focuses on knowledge-domain grounding (HK-relevant, safe replies) and Fish TTS listen quality. We do not publish invented peer-review counts, “X% recovery,” or fake outcome dashboards. When we have measured results from pilots, they will appear under Case studies with clear methods.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use CalmStep.AI. Soft-live currently focuses on adults in Hong Kong. Organisation programmes for healthcare and workplaces (including Greater China partners) are labelled Upcoming until packaging is ready.
